ELFARUQ prohibits child sexual exploitation and abuse, material depicting or facilitating it, grooming and attempts to involve minors in marriage services.

منطقة الأطفال مخصصة للتعلّم الآمن ولا تقدم خدمات الزواج أو التواصل الاجتماعي مع الغرباء. قسم الزواج للبالغين 18+ ويجب تأمين بوابة العمر والهوية قبل تشغيله.
The children’s learning area must not expose marriage or stranger-messaging features. Marriage is 18+ and requires functioning age and identity safeguards before activation.

للإبلاغ عن خطر على طفل، تواصل عبر safety@elfaruq.com أو آلية البلاغ داخل التطبيق عند تفعيلها. لا ترسل مواد استغلال جنسي للأطفال بالبريد. يتم التعامل مع البلاغات الجدية بالأولوية واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب بما في ذلك الإحالة للجهات المختصة حسب القانون.
Report child-safety concerns to safety@elfaruq.com or the in-app report flow when available. Do not email child sexual abuse material. Serious reports are prioritized for appropriate action, including reporting to competent authorities where required by law.
